Can anybody help? I’m new to pumping, whilst I was doing it last night I noticed the bottom park of my vagina and swollen and puffed out. It’s want uncomfortable but I could feel a pressure down their. I’d like to know if I’m pumping correctly and if this is normal I suppose.
