A guy I meet on my vacation who told me how liberal the swap restrictions were here. Of course the waver wasn’t in English so I never read that this swap cumlocks, and if locked I’d be trading my US citizenship for European. It’s fine as my new friend seems pretty pleased to host me for a long time.
